Our support colleagues are all experts and between them have decades of practical KNX experience. They are based at our company headquarters in Engelskirchen and answer the phone directly – when you call us you do not have to click through a digital switchboard system.

Our MDT products have a variety of functions and the names are not always self-explanatory. We have collected the most important answers for you here:

Warranty processing

MDT products have an extremely low failure rate. Should a problem occur with our devices, please first contact the dealer from whom you purchased our product. Our contractual partners will usually help you quickly and without complications. A copy of the purchase invoice and an exact description of the error are always required for the complaint.

      Additional information for MDT partners:

      • Since we offer advance replacement as a service, we do not issue credit for defective merchandise.
      • Please do not ship equipment in advance from your own warehouse.
